  There's a shopping cart for video purchases. The cart will accept credit card orders.  Your statement will show payment to our studio name and you will receive a separate receipt by email.

Orders will be sent to the Credit Card address.  Please use the "special instructions" box on the check out form for any address adjustments.

DVD is DVD-R compatibility which will play on most computers and DVD players.  Please make sure you have an up-to-date player.  Incompatibility is not a reason for return. 

Refund exchange policy: Due to the nature of the related media there can be no refunds or exchanges of purchased DVDs.  All sales are final.  Defective merchandise can be returned for an even exchange.  Please contact webmaster: webmaster (at) model-gabe.com
